Nice welcome!

So lets not waste time, the games can begin, and criticism bat incoming: no matter that game is joke atm with class imabalances and raid nerfs, there is no need for us to be unorganised and plan raids "when X and Y comes online". If there is going to be any pre-wotlk raids, lets do it by teh book, announce time and place few days earlier in gmotd, guild info and now on forum.

Any voice communication resource in plan?

Hmm yeah you just reminded me, we've got a TeamSpeak server up and running, will post it on the guild information tab in-game asap.
